We do this by producing high quality, user-centred content on mental health topics.
We work to:

- Keep all our information current, accurate and informed by lived experience
You'll play an important role in helping us to achieve these goals.
As our senior editorial officer, you'll get to:
- Co-ordinate scheduling, production and quality control for our publications list
- Edit a range of content projects (usually digital, sometimes print)

- Plan and lead user research and user-testing opportunities
- Help develop content production processes, policies and guidelines
About you:
- Passion for creating accessible, inclusive, user-centred content
- A great editor and copywriter – you can put any idea into concise, clear words (and you can spot a typo a mile away)
- A strong project manager who can keep schedules on track
- Skilled in analytics, user research and user testing methods
- Experienced working with experts and other stakeholders
- Advocate for best practice in content design, UX and SEO
- Can engage with people in a respectful and sensitive way – whatever their background
About the team:

Vacancies at this level within our team are rare, and we're excited to welcome a new person.
Plus working at Mind comes with plenty of benefits. Like flexible working. And 30 days of annual leave – which includes 5 'Mind' days, where we close the office for an extra day after Bank holidays.
If all the above sounds interesting to you, we can't wait to hear from you!
