The Digital Marketing team at Mind is looking for a Senior Digital Campaign Officer to lead our email marketing strategy and support our paid marketing campaigns.
Mind's new strategy focuses on creating the most positive engagement experience for our supporters. This role will have a special focus on
- Transforming our email communications output across both Fundraising and Brand teams,
- Supporting the Digital Marketing team with paid activity, amongst other channels.
The post holder will:
- Play a key role in planning digital activity,
- Provide strategic advice and support on planned email communications, campaigns, and other digital activities throughout the organisation.
- Help improve performance and the supporter experience across fundraising, brand and retail for both campaigns and service provision activity.
- Lead on our email marketing strategy including offering guidance on campaign ideation, execution, innovation, and analysis.
- Support the wider digital team with other activities such as campaign planning, execution and reporting whilst ensuring compliance across internal policy and external regulations.
This role requires effective cross-team working both within Digital Marketing and across the entire organisation. This means building strong relationships particularly with the Social Change directorate to ensure activity is coordinated and supported by Digital Engagement, including Content and Analysis. There will also be a requirement to work closely with the Technology team to ensure data is captured effectively to provide expert insight that will guide future decisions and drive continuous improvement for both Email output and other digital activity.
As part of the Supporter Engagement team, a key focus will be how your work and skills can support the delivery of high-quality integrated supporter journeys across your email responsibilities and other digital campaigns that you lead on. You will help create these journeys to shape our communications to our supporters with the aim of deepening their engagement with Mind.
