Team information

You'll be joining our Talent Development team within the People Culture & Equity Department, a small but impactful group within the Infrastructure & Finance directorate. We're passionate about enabling learning and growth across Mind, and we work collaboratively to deliver high-quality support, training, and development opportunities.

The team is known for being approachable, responsive, and committed to continuous improvement. You'll be supported by experienced colleagues and report to the Head of Talent Development, who values innovation, autonomy, and a people-first approach.

 

Key duties and responsibilities

Fixed Term Contract - until 31/03/2026

This is a part time role - 14 hours per week, days to be negotiated.

As our LMS Officer, you'll be the go-to expert for the implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of the Cornerstone Learning Management System. You'll work closely with Local Minds to ensure smooth onboarding, effective system use, and tailored training. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact on how learning is delivered across our network.

What You'll Do

  • Provide day-to-day support to Local Minds using the LMS
  • Manage system settings, content updates, and data uploads
  • Deliver tailored onboarding and training for new Local Minds
  • Troubleshoot issues and liaise with Cornerstone for escalated support
  • Maintain system security and ensure data accuracy
  • Produce monthly reports and insights for the Head of Talent Development
