Team information

Will you join us?

Are you passionate about using technology and data to drive meaningful change? Do you thrive in leading complex projects that improve systems, empower teams, and deliver real impact?

At Mind, we won't give up until everyone experiencing a mental health problem gets both support and respect. As our Business Systems Delivery Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in transforming how we work—streamlining processes, enhancing data capabilities, and ensuring our systems serve the people who rely on us.

You'll lead a talented team and collaborate across departments to deliver innovative CRM and data solutions that amplify our mission. From managing supplier relationships to driving adoption of new technologies, you'll help Mind become even more insight-driven and efficient—so we can do more for mental health.

This is more than a technical leadership role. It's a chance to be part of a charity that's fighting for mental health, equity, and lasting change. If you're ready to make a difference with your skills, we'd love to hear from you.
